I signed up with ix webhosting two months ago. I chose the expert plan because I did not needed more, and that was the cheapest plan available. It comes with two dedicated IP addresses, one free domain name, unlimited storage, bandwidth, hsphere control panel (simular to cpanel), PHP, MySQL (50 databases and 50 postgresql, other plans offer unlimited databases). One-click installer is also available but it is not Fantastico, though is almost the same. So far have been great, my sites are up > 99.9% (I have setup account with serviceuptime.com, see live report here). The control panel is easy to manage and offers web based file manager, database tool, phpmyadmin, ftp account manager and others handy tools to manage almost every aspect of your web hosting account.
